Get ready for Big Brew Day here at the store on Saturday!! The fun starts around 9AM when the Escambia Bay Homebrewers will start brewing a 10 Gal. all-grain batch of TBD beer. If you want to see how all grain is done on a traditional 3 tier system, this is your opportunity! Plus there will be plenty of beer samples throughout the day. Thinking about joining a brew club? This will be an excellent opportunity to meet the brewers 'who make it happen' here locally. The EBHC is involved in many community events year round including organizing and hosting the Emerald Coast Beerfest every September. Come out and meet the group!
In 1988, May 7 was announced before Congress as National Homebrew Day. The American Homebrewers Association (AHA) created AHA Big Brew as an annual event to celebrate National Homebrew Day around the world. AHA Big Brew is held each year on the first Saturday in May.
The Brewpub will open at 12pm that day and will be serving food from the kitchen until 5pm. SUT-SHI Food truck will be set up at 5pm and Live music with Troy Martin starts at 6pm. Come join the fun!

Gary's Homebrew Supply
Gary's Brew Inc. was created to provide customers access to the finest quality brewing and winemaking ingredients in the Florida Panhandle. Arriving in Pensacola in late 2007, owner and company founder Gary Yetter discovered that the area lacked the variety of malts, hops, and yeast strains he was accustomed to while living in the Pacific Northwest. After years of going outside the local area to obtain products, Gary decided to launch Gary's Home Brew Supply in August 2013. From it's humble beginnings of having just malts, hops, and yeast, Gary's now carries well over 1500 products in the store, offering customers excellent selection and price. Gary's Home Brew Supply also expanded into the craft beer scene with their in-store Growler fill station offering 8 taps of hard to find beers for your enjoyment
